We've Been Named One of Portland's Best New Bands — and We're Celebrating at Mississippi Studios
This week, Willamette Week named us one of Portland's 10 Best New Bands of 2026, landing us at #4 on a list spanning cosmic jazz, post-punk, folk, and everything in between. Writer Christen McCurdy described our sound as "drinking tea on the porch on a rainy morning" — and we're going to be thinking about that one for a while.
The feature tells the story of how this band came together: old friendships, a leap of faith, and a lot of songs written from the gut. We started playing together in May 2025, recorded our debut EP Live at Clay St. Studios last December, and somehow ended up here — on a list we're genuinely honored to be part of.
On May 1st, we'll celebrate at Mississippi Studios alongside four other bands from the Best New Bands class of 2026. It's going to be a big night, and we want to see your face in the crowd.
