Mississippi Studios welcomes an intimate evening of folk, Americana, and indie rock from three artists at the beginning of something special.

Trinity Jane makes the journey from Appalachia to headline with the release show for her debut record, Wishbone — 13 songs about love, loss, and the stubborn act of holding on. Blending folk-Americana with the raw edge of '90s alternative, she and her band bring the grit of old mountain storytelling and restless modern ache to the stage. This night marks the end of the beginning.

Essie and The Hum bring their ethereal indie-folk rock from the streets of Portland — slow-burn ballads that build toward full-throttle rock moments, pulling the room into a wormhole it won't want to leave.

Brenna Bruce opens the night from Seattle, her crystalline voice and forthcoming debut EP Honest Bloom in tow. Delicate and unhurried, her folk songs move through desert landscapes and Pacific Northwest rivers with quiet power and the timeless patience of an artist who knows exactly what she's doing.
